Uploading to photobucket help please

They have updated their site and although I'm getting familiar with it I seem to be struggling uploading video's. they are from my iphone, saved to computer and will play with vlc media but just doesn't seem to want to upload. It will load to a certain point, say 74% then freezes. If loading multiple files of pics and vids it will load up the pics then say there is an error with the vids.
Will try again tonite but has anyone else had this problem? Is it file type related?

Try downloading the app. That's what I use and haven't had any problems.

downloaded the app but cant transfer the vid back onto my phone, took some further pics/vids off and saved to computer but they wont go back on the phone either. i've always emptied my phone onto the computer in case it was ever lost/stolen and to keep the memory usage low.
reverted back to the old version to see if thats sorted it. if not, what are people using as another option to photobucket? or do people add it directly to the site?

edit : actually the first vid seems to have loaded on the old version so could just be bugs?? lets hope the update stays optional :)
