mounting universal tdc sensor

I have just bought a tdc sensor off of the scoff

has anyone got any good ways of mounting it?
I was thinking a bit of alloy angle cut down and around the gearbox with a hole in it for the sensor, but maybe someone has another way of doing it maybe using the original bracket or something:D

used the original bracket of tdc sensor(put in vice and hit with hammer, which will break of the lugs in the plastic body, and pull out) and welded steel angle to the oe bracket to hold the new tdc sensor;)

That's the sort of thing I'm thinking of. Looks like il be breaking the welder out tonite then:D
