cupwheels question

Is there any way you can tell from a picture if wheels are the originial cupwheels or iff they spare wheels? I remember the et was different but i cant remember what it was? Maby the with was also different?

et 16 on the cup wheels, you will see it stamped in the centre of the wheel on the outside of it.
