OE Renault Air Horn or aftermarket jobby?
If Renault, check the motor's running, if it's not making a sound, try & spray some WD40 down the air inlet ;)

Its aftermarket electrick jobby been changed befor i bought the car, ive renewed it twice befor.
Failed Mot anyway;
Horn not loud enough
1 x Tie rod end
Handbrake not strong enough
Should all be easy to get sorted back in for test next week
