Whats a guide price on lowest spec, OE look then just so people have an idea

I would hate to break a perfectly working motor. But its a tuff time in my life and its the only thing i have worth any value.
I know its gonna be hard to sell, most people on here already have a GT Turbo so would be more interested in the parts.
I think i would want 2.5k this would include
1 years mot
bodywork and shell as you see it, bumpers, grill, bonnet, boot, the looks wouldn't change much
standard lights
brakes and discs calipers left on it
wheels left on it
coilovers left on it
standard engine with t2
possibly the side exit exhaust as a standard item wont fit in the rear bumper
standard rad, intercooler
standard clutch valeo (green box)
rebuilt gearbox left in it
standard flywheel
seats left in it
standard steering wheel
as a general idea, or if the buyer wants stuff left on
