got a t25 from cr turbos, everythings fine, apart from where the oil feed comes from the front of the engine block and conects to underneath of turbo.

on standard t2 it has a bolt 22mm onto a straight which has the hose connected to it, on the t25 its a t piece sort of thing, and the straight is way to thin, so if you put the hose on its way to loose?

I've just fitted a T25 from a Rover. The oil return, I just cut the pipe that was on the turbo and fitted to the standard pipe (T2).
If you need a pipe to fit (2 13mm bolts) I have an end here you can fit and cut to fit.

Oil Feed. If its at the bottom of the turbo you'll need to turn the exhaust housing. 4 13mm bolts (may be tight). I took them right out and carefully tapped the exhaust housing off making sure not to damage the fins.Once you have done this you need to line up the intake housing(big Circlip).

I used the oil feed adapter that came with my turbo but you may need to use the old one or buy one.

Oh and I've got to say a big thank you to Tony (fishead) and Adam L for all the info and advice whilst doing this.:)

Its a completley different connecter than the original t2, the t-piece that comes off the t25 is way to thin so i cant clamp a hose round it

thats what it sort of looks like, forget the pipes in the pic, its just a t-pece, and the diamater is way to small so you cant clamp a hose on it

And thats the bit that is too small in diameter yeah? I used the bit like that that came off the Rover. I have an end here if you want me to send it to you. It fits the small elbow on the C1j oil return quite well. Either that or get a small reducer elbow that fits.

You can see by the pictures, the internall diameter is fine, but if you look at both tubes, the new t25 one is thin, but the t2 one is thick so the hose fits it, need to get this sorted asap as car is takin up a work ramp.

what sort of reducer should i buy?

thanks

You'll need to measure both pipes(new t piece and pipe on engine) Then order a samco or SFS reducer of the same sizes or as near as you can get. Merlin Motorsports or Ben at Hose Solutions.

dam am at home, turbos at work. so cant take measurements...

theres loads of people with t25's fitted, whats the 'normal' thing that people use.

Or does anyone know off hand exactly what size bits i need?

Take it ill need a silicone hose reducer, and a bit of pipe to clamp onto
