Any 1 know where to get a good quality outdoor car cover to either be a tailored or good fitting cover ?

I have bought 3 of these now one for myb5 one for the corrado and for the mk1 golf cabby!

Fantastic fit custom made, not that cheap but get the storm force one fully breathable!

I kept one on my 5 for 3 months without taking off and it was perfect!! :)

Just had a look mate looks good does it fully cover your wheels and did you have any of the other add ins like the lock or alarm

i had 1 of them covers for my 5 and there good have secureing clips under neath and they cover 95% of the wheel

I've got a stormforce one for my mini and its well worth the money, I have actually been looking at getting one for the 5 as well. So I'm up for a group buy?

Yeah good securing clips underneath covers about 3" from the floor, can be made with wing mirror pockets also.

My golf one is now 4 years old and although has faded a bit still looks good!:agree:

Got an argos jobbie few years ago, £15 seems to do the job just covered car in couple of sheets and put cover over to keep it dry over the winter

I never got a reply to group buy so I just brought 1 straight out but they do advertise group buy on the website for car clubs ect so definitely discount available but I'm very happy with it

@Phil w, I got the monsoon one from those guys, fully breathable straps underneith etc, very well made, i don't have a garage just a long driveway, and that's done me perfect:D

I have emailed Coveryourcar to find out if we can get a group buy discount, will advise once I get a reply.

The above item seems rather dear (£124.50) but looking at the feedback, you get what you pay for! Let say they give us 10%, thats still over a £110 per cover.

Can anyone recommend a cheaper alternative?

They are a really good cover I upgraded to storm force very tight and strong fit ill admit quite expensive but you pay for what you get in my option

Don't think carcoons can be used outside, there is a version of mine that can be but have given up recommending it as it's 750 quid :eek:

the storm force cover may seem a bit dear but they are good excellent fit and good quality i tryed a few covers before my storm force 1 and none i found were as good as the stormforce
