theres a nive lad called marc near you, bod, logg and dan are all over that way too, so if you pop it along to a meet or one of the "fix you motor days" they might take a peek.. broken connection, bad earth, burnt out motor, fuse, dodgy switch thing although when the resistor goes they tend to run at one speed..

take your pic.. if you need a motor or any of the other parts i have them in the garage after stripping my last two 5's, and if i dont the other guys will.. :)

Just seems the right place to post this and apologies for using your topic :), but does anyone know a rough price for a new motor?.

I'm after one but cant seem to get even a spare from anyone.

On topic - there quite easy to pop out mate to test and eliminate motor ;)
