hi, i was very kindly given the bits by Chris off here to relocate my air filter.

my question is the new samco elbow does not have a hole for the oil breather pipe. i have followed it back to the top of the breather pot where i presume i can put one of those little breather filters?

also as the hose runs from the top of the pot to the inlet elbow it 'T's' off and a pipe also goes round to the back of the inlet manifold.

cant i just blank this off as well??

thanks for advise or pics (i might just being over paranoid but wanted to check)

many thanks
adam

Depends if you want smells/fumes in the cabin. The plus side for your proposed mods is that your intake system does not breath the vapour and have a negative effect on the combustion.

For me, i would have the breather setup a standard. The reason is a slight negative pressure in the breather system which goes someway to equilibrium.:agree:
