Always send my items signed for abroad with Royal Mail, even to Brazil, it may cost more but gives you a tracking number which eBay use to protect yourself. But depends on size of box might cost a lot more.

Any idea what i should charge to post ?, its just normal game box size, so about as big as A4 paper and about 3 inch high or so.

Its Dune for th epc mate, the original dune...

Royal Mail for small packages under 2kg is around £10 for signed for for value up to £50, not sure what they class as small package but I would guess that game will go under that. I normally aim for £15 for any abroad signed for as long as under 2kg

Do some research, but I'm sure alot of people don't like posting to Italy as things either dissapear or take forever to get there for some reason.

A quick google throws up this http://community.ebay.co.uk/topic/International-Trading/Posting-Italy/1100080560

I've had a few buyers on eBay from italy, despite stating I will only post to the uk. They still click the buy it now. Some pay, some don't but either way it mucks up trying to sell things. If I was to post abroad I'd want them to have good feedback as a buyer, but also have dealt with other uk sellers and all addresses tally up. So much hassle for what should be a simple transaction.
