Just noticed mine is leaking on one side:mad:
Can these be replaced or do you need to buy a new manifold?

They can be replaced,I got 2 recently from a local car spares. the core plug on the turbo side can be replaced with manifold in situ but other side is easier with the manifold off
Bypass it for time being, but I know the feeling of having to replace the inlet manifold, need to take a lot of engine bay apart to get to mine but time to give it an even fresher look :)
Cheers fellas.....repair it is:) as it is turbo side:D

Keep them in stock.
Just bypass the inlet manifold water jacket you dont need it ;)
Would u leave the brass water feed pipes open to air? Or remove them completely and block the holes with a bolt?

Yes leave them open and just join the two water pipes using a metal joiner and two jubilee clips:)
I,ve removed one of the pipes completely-and feed the carb straight from the water pump!
What'd reakon?

do away with the pipes ive never used them. cant see how the inlet can cool when the temp there is hotter than the water.
