Gearbox mount

Is there anything missing from this mount just seems to move around in that hole, there is another smaller hole closer to the front of the car but the star shaped bit doesnt seem to be albe to reach it. any help would be good.

rubbers a bit batterd but no, thats a stabilizer to stop the engine from twisting too much rather than an actual mount
