:sad:Purchased an item off ebay 14 days ago.The item was from ebay and a buy it now item.So all payed for recieved my feedback straight away.2days later had a email sent saying he had dispatched the item and i should recieve it soon.10 days later still no item and ive noticed hes closed his ebay account and has 9 negative feedbacks suddenly appear (can't read them though).Any advise or good news people have had in cases like this.

Ebay really f*Cks me of protecting the connin members out there...

The thing is, you can only get your money back from them if they haven't yet taken the money out of their PayPal account

Newbstar, what did u buy? How much? Got the ebay link.. some1 on here may know them... also expose there email etc...

i ordered a side exit from some **** that just ****** me about 4 a few wks so i made a claim through pay pal and they got me my money back :agree: u should b ok mate.

never did end up gettin a sidey :denied:

that does not sound right to me :confused:
surely paypal have his bank account details !!

either way ,it should be paypals problem to get their money
back from this whank enthusiast after paying fooked over buyers
their money .

I agree with you Shakal but that's how it is. They have their bank account details yes but they don't have the right to take money out of his account as and when they want. If it is still in Paypals hands then it's another story.
