Aerial removal

I have had a search on the boards but I can't find anything....so,

I am stripping my car to be sprayed- how do you remove the complete aerial unit? Am assuming it's from inside the car somehow. Just a bit of guidance would be nice please :)

Remove interior light and nut holding the aerial in place
