When doing the cup mod and removing pipes from carb etc.... on mine there is some little white plastic thingy its on the pipe that comes from the rear port of the atuator and joins to the carb top back outlet and then disappears below the carb top joining to some thin metal pipe that joins to the turbo elbow do i need this???
