standard oil feed thread size?

Not this doozy again :laugh: Did anyone even find out the definitive answer to this? There must have been 20 threads on it over the years.

Kris, there were different sizes from the factory and both were that odd UNP sizing or something. I think Ashy has a good idea of the answer to this.

It would be useful to have an addition to the turbo article on the site that states all the different permutations for T2 turbos for oil inlet and outlet sizes.

Well after measuring my original oil feed male end, mine was 1/4 BSP

How did you measure it? I mean what with bud?

with the aid of a a vernier, a thread gauge in TPI, and a zeus book :)
