anyone help with an avatar?

Hey guys,

I'm properly retarded where technology is concerned and have been struggling to figure out posting an avatar up for about afortnight now.

I've got the picture I want but when I try to make it inrpto an avatar my computer says no :confused:

Is anyone able to take a look at my pic and chop it about or resize it or whatever the hell it needs to make it right, then post it back to me please?

If you're using Windows, open the picture in paint then just re-size it using options then the pixels tab to whatever the max pixel size is on here.

I'm currently using some android tablet thing. I'm not even sure its a size thing, maybe its a wrong code or link??? I think I've tried everything but no luck yet
