Need help with a vacuum hose on my phase 1 air cooled turbo!

Ok,theres a vacuum outlet on the passenger side of my car on the carb,it angles down and i think it comes off the fuel enrichment valve or summit?Cant remember what its called but i think theres a little diaphram in it?Where do i connect a hose from this to??Air cooled turbo,wastegate on this model only has one vacuum outlet on it.Anyone help?Thanks again.

That sounds like the pipe off the enrichment block. Its left open to atmosphere.

I would fit a vacumn pipe to it but run it to the front of the engine at lowest point possible, this is to make sure if the diaphram ever split fuel would be directed away from the exhaust manifold
