hill climb spec

Having stripped the engine completely i am looking at a full rebuild, i am looking for between 250 - 300 bhp, i will be going the fuel injection route bou can any one advise on where to begin on the lower half of the engine as want to get moving with this, i also need reliabilty as i keep damaging my engines running too much boost, any advice o a good solid setup would be much appreciated.:confused:
