how easy is it to find the rear interior plastics?

I have some and want a general idea what a fair price is?

£20 maybe? Maybe less?

As far as I'm aware, they're the same as any 3 door 5. Possibly with the exception of the Monaco which I'm guessing probably has tan coloured plastics.

Why not advertise them for 'offers'?

most 5's didnt have full A-pillar trims, just little covers by the dash so i wouldnt expect them to have these as they are designed to fit to the A-pillars fitted to the turbo.

i could be wrong but i would expect they were only fitted to turbo and monaco variants and as mentioned the monaco had different interior colouring

Yeah the gt turbo and possibly the Monaco, base model 5's don't have rear opening quarter windows or the pillar trim, you can see interior paintwork instead on the base models.

The GTT trim you have pictured has the cut outs for the window catch too.
