Just want to know the best place to plumb in a boost gauge? Want to set my boost to around 12psi so where would I need to get the most accurate reading from? I have the port at the bottom of the carb which used to go to the actuator blocked up, would that be any good?

Does the boost gauge on your clocks not work? How do you meen bolcked up.The hose that goes from the aei to the carb cut it t pice into the boost gauge line and you read boost on boost and vac on idle.

And most importantly, it will show manifold pressure (what your engine is seeing). More or less.
