Horn

Not very technical I know but baffling me.. My horns knackerd so I put some after market ones on the oe compressor now there are two pipes that come off the bottom of the compressor but the horn only works when I disconnect one of them... Why? Strange any clues?

You must be removing the air intake pipe and then it is working, is the pipe blocked maybe or connected to something not allowing air into the compressor?
