Yes I gave our best and it would be a pleasure to be part of this.. I hope more of us could show it seems every club you could think of are going from reading off facebook its got the scooby club worried about numbers they have already started looking at a different venue...

If you would like to donate to him then that's fine but please send to him and only him for security reasons (scammers paradise) no offence by that but it can happen.
I know it's gone viral very quickly and is very hard to control now but please accept what HE and HIS family want.
It would be good for the papers to get involved but the wording and title cannot be risked as Connor may read it and dosent know the full situation apart from he's poorly.

following the aa route finder you would usually come off at junc 23 we could meet up at toby carvery just off 24. HD2 2LB? there is about 2 miles between 23 and 24?

junc 21 is the wrong side of the pennines:)

Confused with my directions - got one route planner saying junction 21 on the M62 and then got my navigation saying come off before the the M62 :confused:
But will trust you seen as you know the area and meet there then off 24 - whats the Toby Carvery called?

Today went good mate, sun was out and there were plenty of motors to have a look at. 3 5's were there, caspers, caz's and robbo's, I took my 19 and the roof was down :), Andy brought his 230 and blocky (I think, crap with names) had his clio with the engine in the rear.

Everyone got on and had a laugh, it was my first meet of anyone off here all went well :agree:

Had a great day, enjoyed the drive out, there was some awesome cars there and the weather was sunny and hot. Really good to put some more faces to names too.

They were all pretty busy m8, the lad was having a rare old time from all the pics i've seen on scoobynet. So i guess it was a success, plus it got alot of other people out of the woodwork.

It's a shame that it has to be for such a special reason. I'll bet less than half would have turned up to a normal meet up
