Glad you sorted it buddy! I'm curious to now how you tested the fan switch? Is the switch also from a Extra van?

we'll never know if the idle problem was due to the cam or the cylinder head as i replaced both at the same time.

pop the cam back in and let us know

btw, the standard idle is 650rpm
