Hub Difference ph1/ph2

Guys
I've had a noisy wheel bearing so I've pushed my new bearing in to a spare hub ( removed from a gt turbo) and when I've come to fit it the holes for the suspension don't line up properly, maybe 1mm out in the distance between the holes :(

My question is , is there a difference between ph1 and ph2 hubs or have I just got a dodgy one !!?

Seems strange though as I've just tried the same hub on different suspension and it fits :/
One set of suspension is standard ( fits) and one set is Spax 'sportkit' ( doesn't fit) ..confused !!

campus and ph1 are the same, strut tops line up through the circular cutout in the strut top.
ph2 tops lean in more at the top and the bottom strut/hub hole is further out.
doesn't matter which are used but you need to use a matching hub/strut.
