if your looking for standard ish bhp or say upto 180 bhp stick with a smaller turbine wheel ie 46-48mm diameter with a lower trim number, it will spool up quite quick depending on turbine size/ trim, but will run out of puff if you try pushing it to hard with the boost and revs, if on the other hand you want 200bhp+ then aim for a turbo with a 50-53mm turbine wheel ,but you will need a 285 profile cam to get the flow, and you will also have to live with lag upto 3000rpm before you see any real action, but when it hits boost you will know about it :cooter:, and will pull all the way to 8500rpm;):D

the choice is yours:)

my choice would be a for responsive turbo with capable bhp of around 180bhp-gt2052 standard cam,

220bhp i would go for gt2554r or 2560r + 285 cam

250+ gt2860r +285 cam and head work

these are only my opinions , as nobody else has bothered to anwser your question;)
