Need quick answer please,handbrake to top or bottom rear caliper?

I need a quick answer please,on a 5 gt turbo do the rear calipers go on the hubs so they take the rigid brake pipes to the tops,and the handbrake cables to the bottoms?Reason i ask is when i put new brake pipes on the car the clips make the rigid pipe go up towards the top of the calipers.Yet in the Haynes manual a pic shows the handbrake cables going to the tops of the calipers??I bought the car with no rear calipers on it so this is why im asking lol.

Fairly sure the handbrake cables go to the bottom, or at least they do on the clios

Handbrake mech is on bottom of caliper when fitted.

Thanks for the quick replies,photos in the Haynes manual were doing my nut in,guy on Ebay's asking me for a used one i have and he needs it quick!I didn't want to send one to him and it was wrong,thanks!
