Ignition Barrel / Steering Lock

Has anyone used one of these on their 5 GTT ?. I am pretty sure it's correct but there is two part numbers on Dialogys so thought I would ask.

I bought one to finish of my resto on my GT.Fit etc spot on as to the original barrel, plug wiring all great and fits the OE plug nice and tight.Was really looking for an original set but tbh I find the key a bit better on this set as the metal part is a tad longer than the original so for me just feels a bit better to use hope that helps you..

I fitted one of these , it fits well :).
Dont try fitting it through the hole in the dash, drop the column first.

Brand new ignition barrel is stupid money from Renault, £350+ I think it is. Managed to find one on eBay. It looks nice with original keys. But sure you can still get original keys from Renault for not much and then get them cut if you are looking for OE

you will find exactly the same barrel on loads of small peugeots and citroens in your local breakers, they tend to leave the keys in the ignition in my local breakers but obviously if they are not there you are knackered
