water pump bolt size

any body know what the size of the bolts are for the water pump to head?
dont fancy paying the £7 cgb want for 50p worth of bolts!

M6 X 1 THREAD some are about 30mm long but i think theres a 50mm in there aswell....if u get the long ones u can cut them to size.....handier getting the kit fron cgb though

Get a bit of card stencil your waterpump cover put each bolt into the holes in place of we're they should be (in size) and cut the new ones and replace.. Make sure you tap the holes out in the head softly but it's best too as your using new bolts.. Did this myself and had no issues.. It has to be done though as some of the bolts had been washed away on the inside and the threads were gone.. Softly softly dose it..

If you have a screw fix near by they sell stainless 6mm bolts, fit and forget.
