11 Turbo Bushes

I need set of anti roll bar bushes for the phase 1 as they are original and very soft :scared:, any ideas where i can get them from?

Just took a look on our system for inner and outer for them, they are both available from Pearl

have set them straight, got them finding the right part numbers and looking up the right part :crap:

If you contact them again they will sort you out, sorry about that, should have given you the part numbers

Got round to fitting the bushes today, the inners i bought are loads different from the original ones as they are rather flat just with ridges where the clamp goes over :( Anyone else had any issues with 11 inner bushes? Not sure if they are the same as the ones for the 5 :confused:

lol what the 5 ones? hole is around 23mm, hoping to find rubber ones although will get polybushes if thats all there is

Hopefully get it right, third time lucky. Picked up my special order bushes from renault yesterday and they are wrong! at least i know they are not part no. 7700 789 815 :cry:

Does anyone know the renault part no. for the outter anti roll bar bushes for an 11 turbo with 25mm anti roll bar? not same as the 5 ones as they are not long enough to get the clamp around the recess :scratch:

I'd have a look at 172 poly items mate, yes mine are 23mm jobs but there was a 25mm option. The fitment was perfect. Just the inners to sort :/

Ah, so you did fit the outters then? might look into getting standard rubber outters to keep it original, innners are a nightmare :rolleyes:

Hi. anyone know if poly bushes are available for the 25 Turbo, just starting an overhaul/mild renovation of mine, would be good to replace them while I have the 4 corners off

I would call powerflex to see if they do them, from memory they are not listed on their website, are the bushes on 25's the same or similar to other models? need new bushes for my 11, think outters are the same as the ones for a 172 clio or they will fit! ;)

Thanks mate, this part no. for outters? slightly larger than the 5gtt outters?

Need outters defo, maybe inners if i can source them but bushes are rather thin things

It's for the outer ones. Different part number for the 5 ones, but maybe they would fit ?? ..
Just got these off the microfiche for the inner ones , so may be a little out of date! Two numbers ,for some reason ,first is listed for slightly earlier models.

I've just edited my garbled reply! Double checked on the fiche.

77 00 789 816- inner a/r bush for 24 mm bar
77 00 760 263- outer a/r bush for 24mm bar

Cheers bud, much appreciated. Are the 816's really slim bushes? as on my 11 there aint much to them at all granted they are 26 years old! :)

I haven't ordered the inner 816 ones, but only two inner types listed for both phases- (815- for 23mm bar) & ( 816- for 24mm bar)

Ahh ok, hopefully there is more difference apart from 1mm in hole bore size, Oli has some 816's on order. Thanks mate :)

Ok just to confirm, the inner arb bushes part no. ending 816 do fit, they took a lot of brute force to get the brackets on but that's not out of the norm

Mate it's so tight now the arb is doing my suspension work than the shocks and springs lol
