anyone know if there is anything special about the hubs on the 5 turbo or are they the same as all the other later model 5's, got an offer of a set cheap but from a campus

Campus hubs are different bolt spacing for the strut mounting

I think they are 52mm between centres where as the turbo is 54mm.

I think they also use a smaller bearing.

yup spacing and bearings on non turbo are smaller.

ph1 gtt hubs are similar, as in parallel bolt holes
ph2 have angled bolt holes

if you pair the hub with the matching strut it will fit

Valver hubs are the same but have bigger bearing's than the gtt if of any interest

Gtt hubs regardless of ph1 or 2 are the same, the struts are different.

:agree:

It's the struts and strut top mounts that are different, campus hubs however have smaller bearings and I believe the face the wheel bolts to is slightly thinner.

Clio 16v hubs are layed out the same but have bigger bearings and some come with and sensor mounts

There is an upside on campus hubs though. If you want to use ph.1 topmounts combined with ph.2 coils for ultimate lows the campus hubs prevent silly camber;)
