I don't suppose anyone could explain the GTT carb workings please including the magic enrichment jets and stages?

On the same subject, is it actually possible to stop the car spluttering when you give it a quick rev, or is that just a trademark of them being carbs?

check the accelerator pump rod, if thats ok check the adjustment and also the diaphragm
