Thought id let people in on my schoolboy mistake.. was going to keep quiet but thought id give you all a laugh.. its wednesday!
Gone are the days of chasing leaky boost pipes & intercooler holes.. cleaning the carb & replacing things!..
I simply forgot to put the petrol cap back on..! Must be a pressurised system.. absolutely kills the engine as it comes on full boost. Chased the blooming problem for 2 weeks..! Found & put my cap back on and car is good as gold again.. if not better with its new hoses ect!
