Recommend on engine and gearbox oils?

Which engine oil do you recommend and now many litres to fill the C1J and also gearbox oil too as I have just fitted new engine thanks to r5-scotty and it's been years since I done the work around little pocket rockets LOL

i use motul 15w50 and renault elf 75/90 gearbox oil, although most people on here swear by halfrauds 10w40 semi syn with free screwdrivers :laugh:

mine takes about 4l engine oil with my oil cooler
gearbox is 3.4l
