Avo spring diamet

Does anyone know what spring diameter the Avo springs are?

Also does anyone know where the best plce is to get helper springs from for them?

if there coil overs then you need 2 1/4 inch id springs

always get mine from www.rallydesign.co.uk
they have a good selection of springs in different lengths and lb rates:)
