got my lc1 and ws talking to my mate about the fitting i knew ther ws a certain angle its should be placed int eh pipe at but he said about a certain distance from the turbo too???
anyone know the measurements for it to work the best

M8 it should say in the manual on the cd it came with but any good garage should know what they are doing i got mine done at infinity......But looking at the pipe on the car you can't really put it anywhere as the space allowance isn't that giving.....

you can see where i have placed mine into my down pipe, it gives a good accurate reading.
excuse all the other mess, it was a long day.

And this is mine... installed it as per manual. Don't forget to put the bung in at the 2 or 10 o'clock position, not right on top of the pipe (at the 12 o'clock position) :agree:

Whats with the special position? Are these kits car specific or can i fit one to my CZT?

:)
position doesnt matter much as long as the sensor is sitting upright, they can apparantly collect moisture in them and foul up if they're installed downward.
