for the 5 turbo again again, what is the sequence they are done ie witch is an exhaust tappet and witch is inlet and what order , the clearance of both needed, standard head, etc cam....

It doesn't need to be in order, just use rule of 9 eg:

1-8
2-7
3-6

etc

So when fully open on 1 check gap on 8 for required amount
