Does anyone know the model that this pipercross air filter is?
It's on a campus.

Cant you do what they used to do on the MK2 fiesta, glue a very fine "gauze" (:sad2: spelling) over the old air box??
bodell, your not going to get fcuk all difference in performance with that stuck on. if any only marginal. if you want to do anything i say get the head ported if you personally think its worth it.
speak to bric about the one he had fitted to his campus.

I thought its gona get way too hot, will do.
I got the head skimmed but not sure about porting, as performance wise i heard it wasn't even really worth doing?
I wish there was a standard one :sad2:
When my car WAS a campus i was the same i would look at preformance leads, sparks and even the odd ESC :ashamed:. But honestly these guys on here told me to save my money and either convert or buy a real turbo when the time was right. Its the best advice i have had! And Iam passing it onto you! Ignor all the 1.1 saxos with there induction kits that give them 30bhp :sad2:. Stay true to the R5 and SAVE SAVE SAVE.
Thats my Winson Churchill speach!

ditto.... i wanted to do it the hard way, convert my old campus to turbo.... was advised against it everytime, and was sure i was going to do it anyway... then sold the car for silly money, and bought a real GT for half what i sold the campus for.. and never looked back
even insurance isn't too bad on the turbo's now, considering an 18y/o on a 1.1 fiesta is still over a grand, an insurance group 14 gtt isn't alot more considering

As above - When I sold my campus at 18, I was quoted about £950 to insure the campus for another year and about £1650 to insure a GT Turbo.. The fun of owning a GTT was far worth paying the extra £700.

Whoever told you that was lying..
