What is the best type of oil to run on my 5 it has low comp pistons and a bb330 turbo if this makes any difference also i need to do an engine flush due to recent head gasket failure. is it just a case of run it up and dump the oil or doo i need any additives ?

in the past i've run cheap oil through to de-gunk, drop it, then more cheap oil in and run the engine for a bit.... not sure of anyones opinions on this?

For the amount of times you will be changing it you want a happy medium good but not the expensive stuff..
