Slightly Happy!!!

Well the big day came........ the day I was going to attempt to restart my 5 after the rebuild.:scared:

I wont waffle on too much as i will put more detail in my project/resto thread.

But the engine turned over on the starter motor (eventually)......

I didnt actualy fire it up as I want to do a few more checks etc but I am really chuffed that it did turn over and the oil pressure came up just fine too.

On a down note I cracked my windscreen :sad2: but still I am happy the engine came alive, well sort of lol.

Well done fella, i thought i was going to have a heart attack the first time i tried starting my engine, and after about 7 years of the engine sitting in a corner she ran. Too say i was happy would be an understatement:D
