Speedo??

Think my speedo cables knackered? Iv took the sensor out plugged it back in and made sure it pops in, checked the half way part seems ok and had a wiggle with the plug at back of clocks but still nothing? Just flickers slightly bit doesnt move?

Any ideas? If i need new part anyone got one?

If it's flickering It'll just be a bad connection. Clean up the 3 pins in the connection under the bonnet and clean up the circuit board where it plugs into the clocks with some wet and dry paper. :)

I had same problem lower half had melted on downpipe.

alrite mate does your speedo sensor into your box push in and is tight in the hole or is it really loose until you put clamp on because i am struggling with mine at the moment

id fiddled with mine countless times, but when rebuilding the engine i tried bending the clip/bracket that holds the speedo sensor in and ever since its been spot on :D
