Front bumper brakets

My brakets on my front bumper the bottom ones close to the fogs have snapped at the bottom holes there s half a circle left is this a common and is there a cure other than new bumper ! :scratch:

But, the broken mounts are pretty common.
Mine have been broken on all 3 bumpers I've had. The front bumper blocks do help keep it level, but I mostly just learned to live with it :)
