How do i check it at the pump.. and what should it be on a Phase 2?

Silly i know but think ive found an issue an wanna be sure voltage is good.

Should be 12v+ at the pump mate

So 12v+ at idle? And measured by putting volt metre across terminals on the pump?

Thats right mate, with engine running should see 12v+.

Put earth lead of multimeter to bat neg/earth on chassis and pos lead on the 12v wire to pump

Right im under her,,Ive put metre live to pump live and metre neg to pump neg...

Yeah that should work, sometimes its better to earth to chassis but it'll be ok

right ive got 13.20v @ fuel pump :)
