gearbox oil refil

just a quick question (and hopefully not a daft one):D.......

I am struggling to get the plug off my Gearbox so I can fill it up with fresh oil so I am wondering if it can be filled via the breather tube on the top?

It would take an age mate.. What are you struggling with? Take the intercooller off for easier access simples :)

I've just done mine, it was a plastic plug and came out pretty easy when I taken the grill off, is yours metal and seized or is access the problem, there's a good how to on here that's what I followed

Access was not a problem from underneath, I just didnt have an appropriate socket to get on the plug. All I had was an adjustable spanner and I couldnt get the right leverage on it:(

Luckily a mate called asking if I could help drop the subframe on his crx so I obliged him and borrowed a 24mm socket while I was there:laugh:.......job done:agree::agree:
