Black bumper strips??

Any tips on gettin these off without breaking, seem to be held on via two nuts at the ends and some kind of adhesive around the rest?

No nuts, just a locating pin, but like you say its glued on, best thing is to heat it up and a blunt nice to break the seal then start peeling, only thing is that dont go back on nicely once taken off.
