slight oil leak

can anyone suggest a cure for this i can hear a clunky noise turning the steering wheel has loads of play before wheels turn plus the gear stick is soggy not sure were the neutral spring goes to check that ??sorry but the photo is upside down :scratch:not sure if there linked but want it sorted could my rack be on the way out ?

checked the track rod end ball joints all good anti roll bar bushes not great ordered new ones gonna order an universal joint see if that cures it but what is that leak looks like its coming from bottom of gear box what could it be ???
