Hesitating before boost

Hi guys, I have recently done cup breather mod, is was on my way home from phil's fete meet and I am getting a hesitate just befor the turbo starts boosting at about 0 psi and the afr gauge reads 15.5 befor going down to 12.5 on full boost. Any ideas what this could be. Thanks. Mike

Change back to oe, if this dont work you know it's else where that fault lies.

I have also tried adjusting the actuator with little effect, I have turned the actuator arm 4 turns and am still at 9psi, anyone now how many turns for about 15 psi thanks. Mike
