My mate has given me this actuator off his 200sx S14a standard T28.
I know it will need a bit of work to fit but is it worth the hassel?

Only good for 7psi so make sure you use boost controller. I used this on my gt28 n tbh would like something that fits better.

It easily held 20psi and more with a footpump attached. Was yours 7psi standard rod length as i was going to thread mine to make it adjustable.

ye mine standard rod length. I had to straighten mine to make it fit. proper old school metal forging action lol.

I meant 7psi as standard. mine is set to about 14psi with boost controller.

was the fitting for me just wouldnt fit the turbo and tbh the rod is at such a dodgy angle for me its terrible really lol. :(

I was planning on cutting it off before the start of the bent section, then cutting a thread on the remaining part. Would then use a double internally threaded sleeve and a small section of the original rod, rod end, and a lock nut to make an adjuster. But is it a stronger actuator than the std T2? I want to run 17-18psi.

will do more than 20. not sure of figures but say its ok to 24-25.

good idea on changing rod length i should of done that! still my wibbly wobbly straightend rod has not let me down yet!

Ok will give it a go. Got an old turbo and t2 actuator bracket to mock up with.

can you post a pic when done please?

I fitted mine to a gt28 but due to having to rotate it was a bitch to line up
