Speedo?

Got no speed showing up on my 5, isit best to replace it all or isit usually just one of the 2 parts thats faulty? Top half? Bottom half?

Have you made sure it's pushed into the gearbox? Mine came out because the bolt wasn't onit..

Lower part of cable on mine melted against down pipe. Got another haven't fitted it yet though.

Just put a Sat nav in it, then tell your insurance company you only do 30 miles a year! :wasntme:

Usually has something to do with the back of the clocks, or like has been said the cable, i think it's the connection on the back of the Speedo itself, does it start to work sometimes when you hit a pot hole?

Or if your me when it stops working give it a smack for not behaving and it starts to work again!;)

Give the connection in the Speedo cable a good clean and also where it bolts into the box.

Il give it all a check over the weekend.. Any drove it in my street and noticed it wasnt working just sorting everything out now ready for mot.. just want that to work
