make sure you fill with fresh oil and a new filter before you fit the new unit and prime it. i learned the hard way by killing over a grands worth of turbos in under 500 miles.
Yea i will do i havent put engine in the car yet lol but will definatly make sure i prime it did you take king lead off and winde it over

Any particular reason for a t25?
It seems that most people go for an 'x' turbo when what they should be doing is describing what you want to the turbo builder and let them spec it for you. I told CR I wanted the smallest turbo to get me 200bhp and hey presto, that's what I got.
Wish I'd asked for 240 now LOL.
Just a thought b4 you go spunking £500 hard.

You do have a point, i suppose the reason i went for this particuler turbo is because of the advise the turbo builder gave me that it spools up quickly and will give me a good driveable road car i wanted more power just not at the exspense of haveing loads of lag. What turbo did you end up going for on yours in the end?
So orderd the turbo it was 480 plus vat and i got a brand new actuator aswell i cant reccomend the companey enough so thanks car crash
